Terms of Service

Last updated May 19, 2026

These terms govern use of SwitchSignal, a Grindworks service that turns competitor-triggered market changes into migration campaign assets for B2B SaaS teams and agencies.

Use of the service

You may use SwitchSignal to track competitors, record public evidence, generate campaign packs, and manage campaign outcome feedback for your own business or client work.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to any input you provide. Do not use SwitchSignal to store confidential third-party data, private credentials, regulated personal data, or content you are not authorized to use.

Campaign output

SwitchSignal generates strategic and marketing drafts from customer-provided context, public evidence, and model-assisted generation. Outputs are not legal, financial, or compliance advice.

You are responsible for reviewing campaign assets before publication, outreach, advertising, or client delivery. You should verify all factual claims, avoid misleading comparisons, and comply with each platform's posting and advertising rules.

Subscriptions and plan limits

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and include limits for client projects, tracked competitors, signals, campaign packs, and AI generation credits. Limits exist to keep the service reliable and economically sustainable.

If you exceed included capacity, additional projects, campaign packs, or AI-credit blocks may require paid add-ons or a higher plan before further use.

Acceptable use

Do not use SwitchSignal to scrape sites in violation of their terms, collect private data without authorization, spam communities, send unlawful email, impersonate others, coordinate platform manipulation, or create deceptive claims about competitors.

Bulk outreach, community posting, and directory submissions remain your responsibility. SwitchSignal may provide drafts and operational checklists, but you must approve and send any external communication yourself unless a separate managed service agreement says otherwise.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SwitchSignal available, but the service may change, degrade, or be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, abuse response, or infrastructure incidents.

We may add, remove, or change features, limits, pricing, and providers as the product evolves. Material subscription changes will be reflected in the product or billing flow.

Limitation of liability

SwitchSignal is provided as a business software service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grindworks is not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, reputational harm, platform enforcement, inaccurate customer-provided evidence, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it and, where applicable, cancel your subscription through Stripe billing management or by contacting us.
