Refund and Cancellation Policy

SwitchSignal is priced around project capacity, campaign-pack volume, and AI generation credits. This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel an active subscription from the in-app billing portal when available, or by contacting us. Cancellation normally stops renewal at the end of the current billing period unless Stripe or the subscription state indicates otherwise.
After cancellation, access may continue until the paid period ends. Plan limits and generated campaign assets remain subject to the product's normal access controls.
Refunds
Because SwitchSignal includes AI generation and campaign output, refunds are not automatic once substantial usage has occurred. We review refund requests case by case, especially for duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental immediate renewals, or service access failures.
For a new subscription that has not materially used campaign-pack generation, contact us within 7 days and include the account email, Stripe receipt, and reason for the request.
Usage-based capacity
Campaign packs and AI credits are capacity-limited to protect service quality and gross margin. Extra packs, projects, or credit blocks are paid before use and may be non-refundable once consumed.
If a technical issue prevents generation but still consumes account capacity, contact us and we will either restore the capacity or provide a reasonable alternative.
How to request help
Send billing questions to hello@switchsignal.grindworks.ai from the account email when possible. Include the plan, charge date, Stripe receipt ID if available, and a concise description of the issue.
